    • 植體置入後，若沒有要直接接癒合帽（Healing screw）出來，要放上覆蓋螺絲（cover screw）將植體上方孔洞蓋住

    • 在口內因為空間狹小，沒有辦法用手指扶在起子上方，避免旋轉拾起子掉落，此時左手可持牙周翻瓣器（Periodontal elevator）的一端壓住起子上方，右手慢慢把覆蓋螺絲鎖入，這樣可以避免轉到一半手指要鬆開時，起子掉入口內的危險
